I think I just realized how monumental this number
is. Like. Totally so. Thirty more and we're in the
200's! I'm psyched. This is the main, but I have

So we had our last Xenophon class today.. but after break Mr C couldn't get back in which REALLY stunk! *pee uw* haha. He was going to give us background on the philosophers so I was all excited about that :(

PLUS today I had the most awesomest salad ever.. it really was. Including but not limited to: bacon, onion, blueberries, cottage cheese, grated cheese, lunch meat,cranberries, pepper, and a boiled egg! 
lksdjflkasjd;lasdkfj I am so excited. I have learned so much on my 365 and in Schola! I think I'm to excited to be blogging at the moment, so I shall exit before I say something totally brainless. Sounds like a plan.

 Had fun taking this shot... Elsa, you're cute but you have terrible breath!! Haha. Getting increasingly excited to see my new cousin in Korea.. just a few more weeks.. just a few more weeks. "Patience, grasshoppah!" A good friend from Indiana called me tonight and we talked for an hour! It was totally unexpected and *such* a good surprise! I told her we were thinking of going to the Creation Museum this summer, and she said, "That's only an hour and a half from where I live! Ok.. Ok. If you don't let me know when you guys are planning on coming, I will personally come to KS and ductape you to a wall, and make you recite half of the Illiad and the Odyssey! So if you don't let me know, just start memorizing them!" Haha I love you and like you Lisa!!

Book completed: Xenophon: The Persian Expedition. I can't even begin to say how much I enjoyed Xenophon! At first I thought he might be stretching the truth to favor him a little, but in the end I saw him as a "stand up guy." He was an amazing leader, orator, and soldier. He looked out for the common soldier, even above his own interests! It was definitely the most interesting Greek History we've read this year. So, even though I'm sad to leave him behind, I am excited because... *drum roll* we're starting in Philosophy next week!! I have absolutely NO idea what it will be like, but am soooper excited! And we only have six weeks of school left? *swoon* I will enjoy the free time but will miss my greekies :( and even more, I will miss my classmates and school mates.

 Hola! I was feeling uninspired today (again) and as we had remarked just this morning on Sylvia's beautiful big eyes, I decided to shoot them :) With a camera. Duh. I am really happy with the way this photo turned out. I am not too happy with the way my self portrait turned out, but (go figure) it has been by far the more popular of the two! *sigh* Ah well. Today has been a lazy day.. just what I needed. Sam and I did a little dancing with John =D That was fun. And I took a small nap.

 Aww... so cute!! Puppy dog went on a walk with me today. And Dad is coming home tonight!!! Late, but.. we'll see him tomorrow :) (He's been on a business trip since monday early) The weather was beee-u-ti-ful today! *sigh* Plus I got a bunch of reading in Xenophon (Who I'm thoroughly enjoying, btw) done today. It was just kind of slow day, so I also watched some clips from Answers in Genesis.. you should check them out! Here's one that I watched today on fossils. Pretty cool stuff. Their website is full of great stuff.

 So.. Samantha and I watched the new Alice In Wonderland tonight. I really liked it, actually. I haven't seen any of the other productions of it, or read the book, but it was superb acting and I really enjoyed the story line. Of course Johnny Depp is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. *hehe* Anyway, I would recommend it highly, although I would caution if you have younger children, as there are some scary/gory parts.

Book finished: "When God Writes Your Love Story" by Eric and Leslie Ludy. ABOVE highly recommended. It's amazing. Very good for those who are older and still single, or for the younger generation to get a head start! Basically it's about giving God the pen for your love story. AND it uses illustrations from The Odyssey... which makes it ten times better. So it's a no brainer =) Off to bed.. it's been a long day :)
