This week has been *cough* very happy :) Two new couples among my friends!! Can you believe it? Nope. Is it wonderful? Yes. :)

These purple flowers are wildflowers called Kansas Gayfeather. They are one of my very favorite wildflowers!! Their wonderful purple tones flood the Kansas prairie in the fall. Not to mention, the Monarch butterflies love them!

 Today I'm home sick. I think I'm getting pneumonia again, like last year. As a result, mom has slathered every poultice and ointment imaginable on my feet, back, and chest.  Yaay. ;P Watched Secretariat last night with the family.. it was pretty good!

We just finished watching "Hoodwinked" with dad and the kids... haha that's a good movie :) It was dad's first time to see it, Sam and I watched it for the first time on our way to the Grand Canyon with Alyssa and Bre, Oct. of 2009. Wow.. brings back memories! Also after dinner we talked about a lot of stuff from Revelation... amazing.
