 Ahh.. today was a beautiful day. Let's see. Yesterday I finished my paper, even though I had to stay up late, so that's off my chest, and then today I finished the assignment (earliest in the week I've ever had it done.. but that's because we have a tiny assignment) and THEN I went and took pictures. and it was glorious. i had fun. and I got lots of good pictures. Yaaayy. I even got a picture of my converse!! =D I love my converse. I really do. Oh, and before that I took Levi on a walk.. pictures below.. of course :) Yes. I had fun. Then this evening we all went to the farm and worked in the garden for the first time this year! The feel of freshly tilled dirt between my toes was.. long overdue. For a long time I sat on the big round bale with Levi, with grandma's sweatshirt on and him zipped up inside it. Then Ziva (the Great Pyrenees.. she's BIG) jumped up on the bale with us and started licking Levi in the face.. he put his whole head into the sweat shirt and said "Zip up! Zip up!" haha so I zipped it the rest of the way up, and then he told Ziva to jump down! So yeah.. that's about the extent of my day :)

 Today was a great day :)  Mom and I went to Manhattan to grocery shop. We went to Hu Hot for lunch, digested our food at The Dusty Bookshelf, and topped it off with Coldstone Creamery. Mom then did the grocery shopping, and I stayed in the car and did some street photography, for the first time! I also read some in Plato.. but I kept a wary eye out for anyone to photograph! It was fun, although looking through the pictures later, I saw that several people spotted me!
Then we went to the mall so I could look for a purse. I couldn't find one, so to celebrate my failure, I introduced mom to bubbly tea. She kicked and screamed (figuratively) about the tea until I made her taste it, and then she wished she had gotten one for herself :) But I shared. Now Levi's sitting in my lap playing with his blue truck and a lego :)

Just starting to grow around our place..
pretty cool that we were just reading about it. Of
 course, I've always known what it was (well.. for a long
time anyway..) but it was fun that it started growing the
week we were reading about Socrate's death.

Sorry it's been so long guys! As you can see, I have MANY pictures to post as a result. Over the past four days I have taken quite a few pictures.. and these are just the best ones! I would have liked to post many many more but it would have taken forever to upload to blogger. Basically this is what we did, though: Made cakes for Micah; went on a photoshoot, rode horseback, and exploded a bottle of pepsi :) Great fun. Karie also brought some dry ice to play with but she didn't realize that the freezer wasn't cold enough to keep it from evaporating, soooo.. we ended up with an empty bag of dry ice. Yaayyy.. well, next time. We added quite a few things to our 'next time' list :) Anyway, we had a *blast* (although maybe not as much of one as the pepsi did ;) and I'm so glad they were able to come! Sadface that Bre and Lyssa were going to TN, though :( Ah well. Hope you don't have sensory overload from all the pictures.

Soo, today I did a photoshoot with Sylvia.. and we got some pretty good ones! We got a lot of her squinting and grimacing too... ;) Anyway, I had fun. This weekend Karie and Iris are coming out!! Sooo excited about that! They took a cake decorating class last summer, so they're going to teach us some stuff that they learned. Sounds like fun!
Also, today is Micah's 7'th birthday! So proud of him, growing up all big and stuff.. :) Since I don't have a photo of him on my hardrive and I'm too lazy to go get my flash drive, I'll just post a link to a picture of him. This was last October. Welp, gotta go!

We just finished watching "Hoodwinked" with dad and the kids... haha that's a good movie :) It was dad's first time to see it, Sam and I watched it for the first time on our way to the Grand Canyon with Alyssa and Bre, Oct. of 2009. Wow.. brings back memories! Also after dinner we talked about a lot of stuff from Revelation... amazing.
